Highlights

This luxurious and meticulously restored 1983 Mercedes Unimog U1700 with an extended 6-seat cab, has undergone a full ground-up body-off restoration featuring extensive upgrades and modernisations, and the addition of a new bespoke four-berth, marine inspired Arksen expedition body.

Everest's upgraded drivetrain, Hutchinson 20” bead lock rims with 46.8” tires, onboard tire inflation, 8 speed forward/reverse gearbox with high and low range, diff locks, and exhaust brake coupled with full length scrub bars, front and rear winches and torsion free expedition body mounts deliver capability and confidence whatever the terrain.

The extended 6 passenger cab conversion with full interior re-trim, sound insulation, ISRI air-ride front seats, power steering, overhead A/C, Polaris infotainment system, reversing camera, along with a crown wheel and pinion upgrade and the larger tyres ensure a comfortable and relaxing drive both on and off-road.

The Arksen expedition body, offers flexible living space for four adults or a family, with both a queen and a double bed and a 5-seat dinette with 270-degree views.
The marine inspired materials, finishes and colour palette create a calm and comfortable interior which features ample storage, integrated blinds / fly screens, LED lighting, A/C, TV & infotainment, a full kitchen with Corian worktops, a 230L fridge/ freezer, full size oven/microwave, and a wet room with vanity, hot shower, fold-out stainless sink and a Nature's Head composting toilet (complemented by a hot outdoor shower as you'd expect).
Outside living is made easy with an integrated pull-out kitchen with BBQ grill, sink, storage, space for the hob, external power and a full length awning.

Everest is also designed for true exploration, with long-range fuel tanks, a large freshwater tank, well designed interior / exterior storage, a large 400Ah Lithium battery system, a 100A 24V alternator, 880W of roof solar and plenty of power outlets inside and out. Almost everything can be monitored and controlled from the CZone control system featuring multiple modes to make the transition between driving, camping and even storage simple.
