It is annoying when an advertiser does not respond to your response. Is there a phone number in the ad? If so, we recommend calling that number, as you will get a faster response. If the advertisement is from a company, then you can easily find the complete company details on the relevant company page. Think: location, phone number and email address. Is the advertisement a private person and there is no phone number? Then you can contact us, we will try to reach the advertiser for you.
